We worked with Alisha Sherman, who is on Chris Suarez's team, for both selling our home in Portland and buying a new house in Happy Valley. Her advice was invaluable and when we were faced with tough decisions, she helped us make the right call. We're super excited about how both transactions went, she was always able to talk me off the ledge when things got stressful. We'd work with her again in a heartbeat and everyone on her team was also top notch. Big recommendation from me!

She is very professional, nice and very responsible for the job. I have to work out of town for couple weeks while the house was pending, we had a little language problem in finding a mold inspector to check the house, she arranged time and help us to set up everything for us.

She was constantly in contact with my lender and the sellers agent ensuring we were all on the same page. She has a great way of negotiating terms to make up for those with a restricted price point. She was so helpful, especially during the Covid precautions.
